Prep Chef – Seasonal Position at CYKELKOKKEN in Kødbyen
Part-time | Monday to Wednesday | Prep kitchen and storage in Kødbyen, Copenhagen
Season: April to September 2026
We are looking for a dedicated chef with a restaurant background to join CYKELKOKKEN as a Prep Chef. You will work with sustainable ingredients, responsibly sourced fish and seafood, and help shape menus and techniques for our gastronomic cycling tours.
Your weekly responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing menus
- Preparing ingredients and equipment for our gastronomic cycling tours
- Preparing and packing up to 6 tours per week for groups of 2–30 guests, including cooking and shopping
- Cleaning, dishwashing, and ensuring proper hygiene standards
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, while also enjoying careful independent planning, preparation, and packing of tours.
The position is part-time, hourly paid, with salary based on qualifications. You will primarily work Monday to Wednesday, focusing on preparing the week’s tours.
You will receive thorough onboarding and training, and later have the opportunity to participate in the execution of tours as part of our Cykelkokken team, with the possibility of additional weekly hours.
