Morten is the creative spirit behind the concept Cykelkokken, where Copenhagen city-life and the art of cuisine meets on two wheels. Besides being a talented and experienced chef, it is his large passion for sustainability, outdoor living and gastronomy that makes every trip an authentic experience. With his past as chef in Denmark as well as overseas, Morten has a solid insight to the culinary universe, which he is zealous about conveying into unique gourmet adventures, that is experienced in the best way by bike.
